SCOPEPEBBLE / PRIVACY
Privacy, in plain language.
What you share
The checker uses the agreed scope, client request, and any optional hours or rate you enter. Avoid including names, contact information, credentials, or confidential details that are not needed for the comparison. Only submit material you are allowed to share.
Sample mode
The three examples and their results are prewritten and run in your browser. Using a sample does not send text to an AI provider.
Live analysis
When live analysis is enabled and you submit, your scope and request are processed by our hosting service and the selected AI provider shown in the checker. Provider and hosting retention practices apply; we do not make guarantees about their retention.
Your Google account
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your account identity, name, and email to establish your ScopePebble account. We do not request access to Gmail messages or Google Drive. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in; signing out clears that session from this browser. Google’s own privacy practices also apply.
Monthly allowance
To enforce the Free plan’s monthly limit, the service retains an account identifier and monthly usage counts. Account and session information is used to provide access and show your allowance. This is separate from the scope text you submit. Contact hello@scopepebble.com for account or privacy requests.
Your scope text
This app has no database for storing briefs and does not save your scope text or pilot invite key in browser storage. Text remains in the page while you use it. Reset clears the form, key, and result. Hosting infrastructure may process operational metadata.
Contacting us
The contact form opens your email app with a draft, or lets you copy the address and draft to your clipboard. It does not send a message or upload its contents to ScopePebble. If you send the email, your email provider and our mailbox process the message.
